As the huge Burnside Village renovations begin to wrap up, Louis Vuitton appear to be the next big name opening their doors in the shopping mecca.
Representatives from Louis Vuitton have shared “Louis Vuitton will open a new Pop-Up at Burnside Village early December.
“Clients will be able to discover a selection of the Maison’s iconic leather goods, shoes, accessories, and fragrances for both men and women.
“Watch this space.”
The LV website states the pop up will be opening its doors on December 5th, with appointments available for booking.
The pop up follows a previous stunt for the designer brand in South Australia, when it launched a 2-month pop up in Adelaide Central Plaza in October 2023.
While there’s already various stores throughout Australia including Melbourne and Sydney as well as the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Perth, this is only the second time the label has opened a store to the South Australian public.
It’s been sixteen decades since Louis Vuitton was founded and is now one of the most recognised fashion houses in the world. It’s known for high-end leather goods, legendary steamer trunks, iconic monogram handbags, sublime watches and jewellery and cutting edge fashion.
Louis Vuitton was a French designer and skilled craftsman who established his eponymous brand in Paris. At age 33 he opened his own artisanal workshop at 4 Rue Neuve-des-Capucines, and there’s now five and a half thousand Louis Vuitton stores around the world.
The fashion house is popular with a number of celebrities including Madonna, Rihanna, Paris Hilton, Elle Fanning and more. Australian actress Cate Blanchett was also spotted at the Louis Vuitton Womenswear Spring/Summer 2024 Paris Fashion Week show, where she was dressed by the French label.
