Always wanted to learn how to make your own cheese? Now you can at this feta making workshop in the Barossa Valley.

Is there anything better than the Barossa Valley, a glass of wine, and a cheese platter? We think not.

Now, thanks to the Cultured Cheese School and Aztec Wines, you can learn how to make your own feta cheese in a guided workshop in their cellar door.

Whether you’re spicing up a summer salad, making spinach and cheese pastries or enjoying it straight off a cracker, feta is potentially the perfect salty treat.

The workshop will provide you with everything you need, and is designed for beginner cheesemakers.

At the end of the workshop, you will enjoy an around the world cheese plate and tasting of Atze’s Corner’s award-winning wines.

Then, you get to take home everything you’ve made that day, including the recipe and any tips you’ve learned throughout the workshop.

Cultured Cheese School also offers both halloumi and brie workshops.

You can book in for a workshop for you or a friend at Cultured Cheese School’s website here.
