Love Sparkling Wine, Tapas & Live Music? This McLaren Vale Collection Party Is For You

Throwing a beautiful party to launch their new sparkling wine, this McLaren Vale Cellar Door is the tapas-filled heaven we need this November.

There’s nothing better than sitting down on a Friday night with one of the many blocks of cheese we picked up from Ferment the Festival accompanied by a bottle of exquisite sparkling – and our Magic 8 ball predicts you definitely agree with us too.

This is why we’re super pumped to try the new fizz from Oliver’s TarangaThe Hunt for Mrs Oliver 2016 Fiano Traditionelle Méthode, at their Collection Party launch on 25 November. While you’re having a new sips of Fiano, you’ll also be able to enjoy some tapas, live music and beautiful wines.

The collection party is all about the exciting expanding range of beautiful wines at Oliver’s Taranga, including the introduction of these exceptional bubbles. So, why does this bottle have such a unique name ‘Fiano Traditionelle Méthode’ well, it is because this sparkling wine is made traditionally. So, what does THAT even mean? Well, the bottle that the bubbles are poured from is where the entire fermentation processed happened. Yep, that’s right – it all happens in the bottle, nowhere else.

If this doesn’t sound like the greatest already, we were even more stoked to find out that it won’t break the bank to get along, with tickets for only $30 which includes two tapas dishes and a pour of their brilliant sparkling. In addition to the goals that have been kicked in regards to the yummy wines and the venue, Oliver’s Taranga has brought the goods once again and put Chef Todd Steele in the kitchen to whip up a storm for our taste buds with a yummy selection of tapas dishes. If you’re looking for something to do in November with a group of mates or perhaps it’s time to treat mum, this sounds like a winner. If you want to head along and enjoy a day of wine, tapas and great time, book tickets now.
