Recently opened restaurant and bar, Luma, has introduced a new 3L cocktail urn that will now be available for those wanting a refreshment in the midst of this warm weather.
As it stands, the giant shareable cocktail is available in 3 different flavours, Luma Spritz, Spiced Tea and Pimm’s Cup.
Head Mixologist Gregory Perrot created the cocktail in an attempt to bring something new and different its existing bespoke cocktail menu, as well as pushing the boundaries of classic cocktail presentation.
“I just decided that it would be a great idea now that we’re rolling into new warmer weather to debut the new cocktail offering. I also wanted to challenge myself to make something so unique and different,” Perrot said.
Since this is a brand-new offering, the team at Luma encourages people to head down and give their own feedback on the cocktail.
The Urn is set to serve 6 but there is definitely room to extract more glasses out the cocktail fountain.
Not only can you enjoy a refreshing cocktail in the newly built bar, but you can also sample Luma’s share-inspired menu, brought to life by award-winning Executive Chef Kevin Martel.
The menu is a love note to European dining and is designed to be enjoyed with friends both over a drink at the bar and through to the full dining experience in the restaurant.
