Luma’s restaurant is overseen by award-winning Executive Chef Kevin Martel. In terms of the menu, its bold flavours, colours and locally sourced organic ingredients, are prepared using both classic techniques and contemporary cooking methods.
Luma promises to usher in 2023 with a bang whilst also showcasing the incredible venue’s new renovations revealed only weeks ago.
Luma made its debut as the centre-piece of the multi-million dollar upgrade of Adelaide’s original five-star boutique hotel, creating a new gathering hub for those wanting a slice of luxury in the CBD.
Although, Luma wasn’t the only one to make a grand re-entrance with its new look. The Playford Hotel also showcased the next stage of its upgrades by unveiling its new look accommodation.
Once you’ve had you’re fun at Luma downstairs, you can simply head upstairs to one of The Playford’s new
Deluxe Guest Rooms or even one of the swanky new Loft Suites.
Within the refurbishment, the hotel’s newfound Art Nouveau design has been given a modern twist with a softened colour palate, tactile surfaces, organic lines and luxury finishes by internationally acclaimed designer Hachem.
So why not send off 2022 with a bang and welcome 2023 with some light at Luma’s New Year’s Eve celebration?
