The Marion Hotel has recently debuted two uniquely decorated Christmas accommodation rooms, creating a perfect festive escape. These limited-edition rooms, available until January 6th 2025, offer guests a chance to dwell in a beautifully curated Christmas wonderland.
For the inaugural launch of these themed rooms, guests can choose between the Treetops and Family rooms. Each setting promises a festive atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail in the decor and amenities. The rooms come equipped with complimentary breakfast, two Holly Jolly cocktails, two lolly-filled Christmas bon bons, a selection of Christmas cookies, and a complimentary midday checkout.
The Treetops Room, ideal for both couples and families, features a spacious and modern design. This room includes two comfortable window nooks ideal for relaxation, a luxurious freestanding soak bath, and a Smart TV for guests to enjoy their favourite Christmas movies. A festive touch is added with hot cocoa served in Christmas-themed mugs.
On the other hand, the Family Room is designed to spark the Christmas spirit before the holiday itself. It is furnished with Christmas-themed bunk beds, a life-sized Grinch, a colossal sleigh, and a Christmas tree that guests can decorate during their stay. It caters specifically to families and larger groups wanting to immerse themselves in the seasonal joy.
Meegan Gibbons, the Marion Hotel Manager, shared her excitement about the new festive accommodations. “We had so much fun styling our Treetops and Family Rooms…we really got into the festive spirit to make sure that we had a unique experience to offer our guests,” Gibbons said. The rooms have been adorned with large red and green velvet curtains, Christmas-themed quilt covers, pillows, chandeliers, stockings, and, notably, a Christmas tree in each room.
“The response has been great already, with the Family Room almost completely booked out for the season,” Gibbons noted. She highlighted the versatility of the Treetops room which includes a sofa bed to accommodate up to four guests, making it suitable for not just couples but families and larger friend groups as well.
Gibbons added, “Perfect for a family stay, girls’ getaway, or couple retreat, our Christmas rooms are where fun, comfort and festive cheer come together for a truly magical experience, and they are guaranteed to make unforgettable memories!”
