Iconic SA institution Magill Estate Restaurant is shaking things up in a big way with its new Champagne Brunch, happening every last Sunday of the month.

This isn’t your typical brunch; it’s a step up, offering around 11 courses that bring a fresh, creative twist to breakfast favorites.

The menu is dynamic, changing with the seasons and availability of ingredients. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes, including a house-made bagel topped with smoked salmon and capers, served right at the table, and a revamped quail-egg croque madame.

There’s also a unique bacon dish, giving a nod to the classic BLT, where crispy bacon is paired with iced lettuce, frozen with liquid nitrogen, making it a visual and tasty treat.

Throughout the menu guests will be taken from savoury to sweet with cocktails including bloody marys and French 75s being available to pair with courses in addition to Champagne. A specially curated list of Champagnes is available by the glass and by the bottle throughout the dining experience.

Scott Huggins, the Owner and Chef of Magill Estate Restaurant, saw a need for a special brunch offering in Adelaide.

“I felt Adelaide was missing something truly special in the way of a brunch offering. It’s not always practical to celebrate special occasions in the evening, so a mid-morning to mid-afternoon experience with a high-end menu that considers this has been something I’ve been thinking about for a while,” he said.

This new offering from Magill Estate Restaurant brings a high-end dining experience to Adelaide’s brunch scene and provides a mid-morning offering for special occasions.

The venues combine modern architectural style with the natural attributes of its Adelaide foothills location and historic surrounds, delivering a refined yet comfortable dining atmosphere.

Contemporary food, an extensive collection of Penfolds wines, exemplary service and stunning views completes one of Australia’s finest food and wine experiences.
