Iconic Italian institution, Chianti, are serving up a pasta making experience that keeps your hands busy and your mouth full of more than just perfect pasta!

These sellout events are in their second year with people joining a long waiting list wanting to be able to enjoy the intimate dining and DIY experience delivered by the talented culinary team.

And if that is not enough, as a visitor you are treated to a three-course decadent meal to satisfy you after your pasta making efforts.

With dishes like Kingfish crudo with fig leaf, mascarpone and grape and heirloom tomatoes, burrata basil and roast tomato vinaigrette, guests are sure to leave full and satisfied.

This experience gives the culinary team the opportunity to show off their skills to their customers and gives the public a taste of the traditional methods appreciated by their team.

Chianti Sous Chef, Joshua Cooke comes from a prestigious culinary background and brings his passion for cooking and innovation into perfect harmony with the tradition Chianti inspires.

“We make all our pastas here on site and we wanted to show that we were very proud of that.

“These classes are amazing as there is a room full of people genuinely interested in food and It’s a great opportunity to talk about what we are passionate about, who wouldn’t love to talk about what they love.

“I’m from the UK originally and I can wholeheartedly say that I’ve been in places where the produce isn’t great but the great thing about Adelaide, is probably the low food miles we are privileged to experience.

Chianti celebrates its 37th year this year, with many Adelaide families following along on the journey of this Adelaide institution.

Chianti has warmed the hearts and bellies of numerous customers, sharing dining experiences that make you feel like you are being welcomed into the homes of the owners themselves.

Visitors can expect to be be amazed by the ever evolving menu that the culinary team produce, as the team always source the freshest produce and ingredients.

The wine list can be summed up in one word…EPIC as it features some of the world’s greatest wines.

These pasta experiences are offered for a limited time with classes selling out as fast as they are being held.
