Make Your Last Lunch of 2016 Monumental

Your favourite dishes from 2016 will come together on one glorious menu for one epic meal.

Fridays are synonymous with letting your hair down, relaxing and more often than not, indulging. So it makes sense that you should end the last Friday of the year on a high, right? Right. Take a deep breath and give yourself a pat on the back. You made it (almost), friends! Why not head out for a longer lunch with your desk buddies to wrap up the year and celebrate?

The Pot Food & Wine are pulling together some of their most coveted dishes in “The Last Friday of the Month Lunch” on 23 December. Guests will be treated to four courses of The Pot ‘Classics’, carefully selected by the team and YOU, the people. Dishes that have featured as staples on the ever-evolving menu and made lasting impressions, will come together on one glorious menu for one epic meal.

We’ve been privy to the menu and let us tell you this – it’s not one you’re going to want to miss. We’re talking: Woodgrilled Salmon Belly with black vinegar caramel, chilli, shallot, coriander and golden egg (not sure what that is, but we want it) and 6-hour Slow Roasted Hay Valley Lamb with macaroni and cheese.

What’s food without wine though? True to name, each course will be paired with a spectacular South Australian drop.

Seats are very limited, so get in quick for 23 December at 12:30pm. $95 per person.
