This massive chicken schnitzel pizza––dubbed a “schnizza”–– weighs in at 1kg, and if you think you can handle it, you better act fast.
Big Shed Brewing in Royal Park is offering the onion ring-topped special pizza for Tuesday night only.
The mammoth meal is a huge, 1kg chicken schnitzel topped with pulled pork, F-Yeah BBQ sauce, mozzarella and loaded with onion rings.
As if that’s not enough, it’s also served with slaw and curly fries.
The schnizza is sliced into eight pieces for easy consumption and is available for dine-in, pickup and delivery. If you head into the brewery to eat, you can enjoy the crazy combination alongside Big Shed’s crazy combo drinks, such as Golden Gaytime ice cream stout and cherry sparkling cider.
The massive meal is $40 and can be shared by more than one person.
“It’s designed to serve two, or one really hungry person,” Jules Kazmierczak, Big Shed’s admin and events manager, jokes.
The dinner special will be available Tuesday until sold out, but Big Shed Brewing is now considering doing the special once-monthly due to its popularity.
