The Beach Hotel in Seaford is pulling out all the stops for the Easter long weekend by adding Lobster Thermidor to their menu.

The lobsters are fresh from the South East, so you need to call ahead for this offer to pre-order and ensure they can get the dish in time for your meal.

The Lobster Thermidor is $65 and is a half 600gm fresh southern rock lobster thermidor served with hasselbach potatoes and salad.

They also have another seafood option especially for Easter.

It’s the seafood platter for two, and it sounds quite spectacular!

It costs $130 and includes a half 600gm fresh southern rock lobster, crumbed prawns, SA king prawns, salt & pepper squid, Coffin Bay oysters, battered SA garfish, Hervey Bay scallops, dipping sauces, lemon, chips and salad.

Just like the Lobster Thermidor, you will need to pre-book to avoid disappointment.

The Beach Hotel will be open all Easter Long Weekend, and the specials will be available at dinner service until Easter Monday.
