Dumpling and MasterChef fans unite! Sprout Cooking School is bringing two exciting and delicious nights to Adelaide this May.
MasterChef Australia’s Brendan Pang, and creative genius behind Perth favourite dim sum restaurant, Bumplings, is coming to Sprout for three nights only and bringing his dumpling expertise with him.
Across two nights, Sprout is first hosting an exclusive, three course hands-on cooking class with the dumpling king himself in an event titled “This is a Class about Dumplings” on Thursday 20 May.
From Friday 21 to Saturday 22, Sprout will be host to a “Dumpling Dinner Party”, where guests can expect to sit back, relax and enjoy an entertaining and mouth-watering dinner highlighting five of Brendan’s signature dishes.
Originally planned for February, Perth’s COVID lockdown saw Brendan unable to fly out to Adelaide, but in true SA spirit, Sprout held out and are now delivering.
“We could have given up and cancelled the events altogether but that wouldn’t have been very fun. So instead we’ve rescheduled the events for May 2021!” says the cooking school.
