Masterchef Australia’s Matt Preston is in town. Yep, cravat wearing, food critiquing Matt Preston. I’m a long-time Masterchef fan, so I can’t deny I was pretty chuffed when I heard he was popping into the office

Talkative and charismatic, Preston chatted to us about Adelaide’s foodie scene (he loves it) and the latest season of Masterchef Australia.

Preston is also currently hosting a series of workshops at IKEA stores across Australia. He will be at IKEA Adelaide tomorrow to put a fresh spin on classic recipes, whilst also sharing simple solutions to help us prepare and store food.

Season 11 of Masterchef Australia is now airing on Network Ten. This week is ‘Sweet Week’, with contestants challenged to serve up a variety of tasty treats. Tonight’s episode marks the beginning of the first ever two-day pressure test.
