Shōbōsho will soon be taken over by Canadian chef, Matty Matheson. In two exclusive nights the producer, internet personality and writer will be taking over the Leigh Street kitchen and bringing his personal flair to it.
Matty will be curating a personalised menu, featuring grilled seafood, quail and t-bone steak, whilst fully utilising the custom fire line that is the key defining element of the Shōbōsho kitchen.
This is an opportunity to taste his straightforward and legendary food as well as to get up close and personal with Matty. His previous visits to Shōbōsho have been a successful series of collaboration dinners and special events so we’re expecting his return to be spectacular.
Matty Matheson will be coming to Adelaide on Wednesday 19 June & Thursday 20 June.
