This collaboration, led by Executive Chef Fabian Lehmann from Maxwell and Executive Chef Shane Wilson of the Anchovy Bandit group, will take place on the 4th of November, where guests will dive into a tasting menu of bold and unexpected flavour combinations, showcasing culinary creativity at its finest.

These two kitchen maestros have meticulously crafted a menu featuring curated and thoughtful dishes.

Beyond the exceptional food, you’ll have the unique opportunity to meet the talented chefs, delve into the stories behind each dish, and discover the inspiration and connections that make this collaboration exceptional.

To appropriately set the stage, the experience kicks off with a specially designed cocktail that reflects the fusion of the two dining establishments.
