Calling all superheroes! The Mayfair Hotel are celebrating the upcoming school holidays with a special high tea just for kids.
That’s right. Your little ones can take the day off from protecting the world from villains, slaying dragons or the duties of a royal princess and prince, and attend the Mayfair Hotel’s high tea affair. And they can go dressed as their favourite Fairy Tale characters or superhero.
From the spectacular Spider-Man, to Batgirl, to the invincible Hulk there’s a superhero every child looks up to and it’s a great chance for them to dress up and have some fun.Â
“We’re really looking forward to seeing what all the little ones dress up as. They have such fantastic imaginations which always makes it such a great time,” a representative of the Mayfair Hotel says. Â
This amazing Fairy Tale & Superhero High Tea experience for children offers an unlimited selection of tea cup juices, and hot chocolate, accompanied by a lavish spread of assorted themed mini sweet pastries, gourmet sandwiches with savoury bites and indulgent desserts, along with a trip to the Whimsical Lollies station. Â
Think Mac n’ cheese croquettes, ham and cheese sandwiches, chicken salad sandwiches, beef pies, muffins with rainbow sprinkles and chocolate layer cakes.Â
Oh, and of course the warm buttermilk scones with raspberry jam, cultured butter, Chantilly cream. Â
“It’s such a great activity for children during the school holidays it gives them a chance to meet other little Superheroes and fairy-tale characters just like them,” a representative of the Mayfair Hotel says.Â
