With balmy nights and warm sunny days now upon us, Fox Creek Wines is excited to announce the return of its sizzling Summer Series from 10 December 2022 – 26 February 2023. This event series will be bigger and better than ever including the return of their popular free outdoor cinema, live local music line-up, and a mouth-watering menu of seasonal food and award-winning wines.
The day and night outdoor cinema is returning once again with a specially curated program of movies for everyone, including a selection of family-friendly flicks for the kids. This year, movie suggestions are up to you, via the wineries social media channels, and sport aficionados will be spoilt for choice with the best of summer sport on show, including The Ashes, Big Bash League, Super Bowl, the Australian Open, and the Sydney to Hobart live.
The Fox Creek kitchen is reopening for the season and is ready to dish out a menu of seasonal dishes and grazing boards brimming with local produce, ready to be paired with a drink or two from the Garden bar.
The full range of Fox Creek Wines will be on offer, along with craft beer and Feedback Spirits, in-house Kombucha and cocktails; the perfect accompaniment to quench your thirst on a warm summer’s day or night.
During the day the team can take you through one of their many guided wine flights featuring newly released whites and reds, and you can challenge friends with one of the many giant lawn games or have the kids take in the popular treasure hunt.
To kick-off the series, Adelaide’s premier Fleetwood Mac cover band, ‘The MAC’, will be rolling out the tunes on the Cellar Door lawns on Saturday 10 December, bringing you a 70s California sound experience, sharing the songs, stories and ‘Rumours’ behind Fleetwood Mac. This event is sure to be a sell-out, so get in early and grab your tickets here.
Summer Series is set on the picturesque grounds surrounding the historic Fox Creek cellar door in McLaren Vale, where you can sprawl out on the lush lawns with family and friends and soak up the summer vibes, only 10kms from the beach and a quick 40-minute drive from Adelaide.
So, all that is needed is for you to pack a hat, some sunscreen, your choice of a picnic rug or bean bags/low level chairs for comfort and come on down.
