If you’re a netball fan, this is your chance to get up close and personal with the best of the best in South Australia.
The Adelaide Thunderbirds Fan Day is coming to Adelaide’s Westfield destinations – Tea Tree Plaza, West Lakes, and Marion this Saturday 7 March. Each centre will host a selection of your favourite players, alongside family-friendly netball themed activities, live DJ’s and customer giveaways between 10am and 3pm.
Not sure which Westfield to head to? Why not meet all your favourite players by visiting all three centres!
Westfield Tea Tree Plaza
- Meet Matilda Garrett, Latanya Wilson, Kayla Graham and Elmeré van der Berg between 10am and 12pm
- Commit to game-day style with hair braiding in Thunderbirds pink
Westfield West Lakes
- Meet Sophie Casey, Tayla Williams and Georgie Horjus between 11am and 1pm
- Enjoy complimentary netball-themed face painting and interactive netball games
Westfield Marion
- Meet Lauren Frew, Shamera Sterling-Humphrey and Kate Heffernan between 1pm and 3pm
- Thunderbirds pink hair braiding and tattoos will be available for fans.
If you’re wanting to visit all three centres but you’re not sure how, Westfield have it mapped out perfectly.
Starting at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, you can grab a hot chocolate (or coffee for mum) from the Dining Hub before heading to the Netball Fan Zone and picking up a 2026 player poster to have signed.
From there, head to Westfield West Lakes to meet more Thunderbirds players and add to your growing collection of signatures. It’s also a good excuse to have a pause for lunch at Nando’s before the afternoon session.
To finish, make your way to Westfield Marion for the final round of meet and greets. Stick around afterwards for dinner or a movie if you’re in the mood to round out the day.
