Mega Adventure Launches New Kids Course In Time For School Holidays

Looking for a way to immerse the kids in something new (and tire them out) these school holidays? Look no further.

“When can we do that?” is the question that invariably swirls around in cars as families drive along Military Road in West Beach; the spectacular obstacle course is hard to miss (and resist).

Well the day has arrived for those thrill-seeking children, as Mega Adventure is launching their new Kids Course just in time for the July School Holidays.

With ten challenges finishing with a thrilling Zip line, this mini course is the perfect way to tire out the kids and get them immersed in something new and exciting.

This brand new facility utilises the Austrian built “Safe Roller” continuous belay and full body safety harnesses to give you (and your child) complete confidence when dangling ankle-biter meters from the ground.

Most importantly, all you have to is encourage them from the ground.

The course is cunningly located just a few steps from Mega’s cafe, meaning the opportunity to enjoy a warm cup of coffee in peace is possible (which is just what you need in the school holidays, trust us).

The half hour climb is $15. Please note that there is a height (80-140cm) and weight (10-90kg) restriction.

Don’t forget Mega Adventure has many other activities. Their 18m – 3 person Giant Swing launched a few months ago and is a fabulously thrilling experience (see our article on that here).

They also have Australia’s largest Aerial Ropes Course and a 20m free fall simulator if you are looking for something for the whole family.

You can call 1300 925 778 for more information or visit their website here for bookings and more information.
