Melbourne Homewares Name Moves Into Adelaide

Family owned homewares, kitchenware and giftware stockist Minimax has made the jump across from Melbourne with a couple of new Adelaide stores. They must have heard we’re better in the kitchen…

Cutting edge homewares store, Minimax, is setting up shop in Adelaide for the first time, taking prime position in the heart of cosmopolitan Norwood with an exclusive launch event to celebrate today, 13th September 2016.

A house hold name in Melbourne, Minimax first opened its doors in Toorak before expanding with stores in prestigious Victorian postcodes; Brighton and Camberwell.

“We’re ecstatic to bring Minimax to Adelaide. It’s a store that specialises in style, design, brand and uniqueness,” said Minimax Marketing Manager, Greg Mount.

World renowned Australian chef and television personality, Matt Moran is teaming up with Minimax and Scanpan to launch Adelaide’s inaugural store. Adelaide’s own Callum Hahn from ‘Sprout Cooking’ will also lend a hand, cooking up some delicious treats on the night.

For those not so skilled in the kitchen, Minimax has the remaining areas of the home covered, with contemporary décor ideas, outdoor accessories, fashion apparel, toys and even books on offer.

The family owned and operated business sets itself apart with its personalised service, treating customers with respect and genuine care about their purchasing decisions. “Minimax prides itself on its customer service and aims to bring your home alive, with unique, distinctive pieces that you’ll fall in love with,” says Mount.

Minimax has also silently moved into the CBD in City Cross Arcade at the previous site of the General Trader. Be sure to pop in and check out there wares, especially with Christmas just around the corner (can’t believe we’re saying that already!)

Minimax is now located at 222 The Parade, Norwood. For more locations and information, visit their website or follow them on Facebook.
