Mercury Cinema closes Fringe season with night of comedy & magic in support of Leukemia Foundation

This fundraising event will feature Kevin Kopfstein’s ‘spellbinding’ magic show, with all proceeds going to the Leukemia Foundation.

This Sunday, Mercury Cinema closes the season with a fundraising event close to the heart.

This one night only event will feature a performance from resident performer comedy-magician Kevin Kopfstein for a Fringe FUN-Raiser, will all proceeds going to the Leukemia Foundation.

Garnering rave reviews during his residency, Kevin Kopfstein’s show COMEDIAN –MAGICIAN – RACONTEUR has played to sold out audiences for the duration of the Fringe.

Spellbinding sleight of hand, magic with a comedic twist, and stories to steal a gambler’s heart, Kevin is a natural showman and storyteller that the whole family can enjoy.

There is also a special offer, with bookings of 10 or more to receive a free beer, wine and popcorn.

For Kevin, this event has significant meaning.

“I lost my brother-in-law to Leukaemia in October of last year. The foundation has been so supportive to our family during the time of our brother-in-law’s illness and we want to do something in return,” shares Kevin.

“The money we raise will help provide care for those in need right now — and it will back the brightest researchers to continue uncovering faster diagnoses and better treatments to save lives.”
