Learn to cook a 3-course Italian inspired feast drawn from stories of chef Gabrielle’s hometown of Bergamo, Northern Italy as a part of this years Tasting Australia event.
This fun, hands-on session will run for three hours and will be held in a commercial kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment.
The Market & Meander Head Chef is passionate about local produce from the Central Markets, Adelaide Hills and many of Adelaide’s finest artisan producers.
Gabriele started his culinary journey since the age of fifteen where he has learned his craftmanship from the very best celebrity chefs Roberto and Enrico Cerea from three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio in Bergamo.
His passion is reflected in the menus he prepares at Hotel Indigo’s restaurant, Market & Meander and will be passed onto you as part of this cooking session.
Guests will cook dishes from the year that was at Market & Meander that will have a special focus on local South Australian vendors.

Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets, opening in February 2021, marks the launch of the brand in Australia and will join over 126 Hotel Indigo hotels across the globe.
The experience is designed so all you need to do is book with your friends, turn up and enjoy the event as you eat your way through what is undoubtedly one of the hottest new locations in Adelaide.
