Miniature Masterpieces

The Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra MetSO – returns to the Woodville Town Hall in October to present its last main series concert for 2012.

The next MetSO concert for Series 2 will be on Sunday 28th October at the Woodville Town Hall at 2pm. With the theme ‘Miniature Masterpieces’, the MetSO will present a programme of favourite and familiar masterpieces for orchestra – short in length, but big in reputation!

“The MetSO loves bringing the joy and wonder of orchestral music to our community.  We look forward to finishing our 2012 season on a high note,” said Music Director Kevin Cameron.

The ‘MetSO’ is pleased to announce a continued partnership with the City of Charles Sturt to produce concerts that will delight lovers of orchestral music, as well as introducing children and their families to live orchestral music through Musical Storytimes, presented in conjunction with the City of Charles Sturt Library.
