Drakes North Haven has just installed an Australian Supermarket Exclusive: a ‘make your own M&M’s mix’ machine – just grab your cup, twist and then fill with your selection of special edition colours.
This exclusive contraption is an exciting addition to the North Haven location and is bound to bring in flocks of customers just to use the M&M machine. With luck, this is just the first step towards introducing similar interactive M&M mix cup machines across other Drakes locations in South Australia.
“This is everything right now!!! This needs to be stocked 24/7, please,” Jarrod Pitt says on Drakes’ facebook post.
This isn’t the first exclusive item available at Drakes supermarkets. Selling exclusive items such as the new American Lay’s Texan BBQ Ribs flavoured chips (offer for a limited time only).

I bet you are wondering, how this spectacular, joy-powered M&M machine works. Luckily, it’s so simple that anyone can operate it. Firstly, take a lid and a cup, this will be how you store your M&M selection. Of course, the cup is M&M branded so you can parade it around Adelaide with pride.
Then we reach the fun part! At the machine, there is a variety of different colour M&M shells. The machine is loaded with special edition colours that are not often featured in your typical bag of M&M’s. Mix colour variants such as white, pastel pink, lime green, baby blue, aqua blue, and purple. Do not fret red and yellow fans, the two classic colours also make a much-appreciated appearance.

The machine gives the consumer their choice of colours and the amount of each variation. Get pastel pink and baby blue M&M’s for a baby shower. Get yellow and green M&M’s to take with you when you go see the Matilda’s at Adelaide Oval at the end of May, or red and yellow when you head to the Showdown (not that I’m biased or anything). Get whatever you want, it’s your personal mix.
“Great idea for colour theme parties etc,” Michelle Mitchell said on the post.
The M&M Machine has cause waves of excitement online with many users begging for more to be opened up across the state.
