One of Adelaide’s favourite outdoor cinema is BACK bringing an epic summer of films and picnics with friends and family.

After a long and chilly winter in hibernation, Moonlight Cinema is making the most of the balmy season to come with its open-air cinema and a stellar line-up of films.

Moonlight Cinema will be held at Rymill Park on the lawns East of Colada Lakeside Kiosk and will run from November 26, 2021 until January 16, 2022.

If you haven’t been to the Moonlight Cinema is past years, it’s the perfect place for date night, picnics with friends, fun for the family and its dog friendly too.

The film line-up has been released up to December 30 with a wide range of movies from comedy, to christmas and romance to childrens films. See the full line-up below!

Being a BYO event, Moonlight Cinema is one of the easiest nights out to plan. Prepare a picnic of your favourite snacks, a bottle of bubbly and treats for the little ones.

If you don’t have time to pack your own food, Moonlight Cinema will have you covered with onsite food trucks offering up a licensed bar, tasty hot food and movie snacks.

You can also hire a bean bed for $10 or bring your own cushions, blankets and rugs and get real cosy.

Theres a range of different ticket options which means you can choose your own experience.

For those who want to glam up their experience, you can choose to Tia Maria Platinum, AAMI Gold Grass, or Connoisseur Lounge ticket options. All these tickets come with a reserved delux bean bed while AAMI Gold Grass comes with waited service and the Connoisseur Lounge comes with a Connoisseur icecream stick.

While the event will run over summer, it can get chilly as the sun goes down, so we recommend bringing a jacket or two to layer up and some insect repellent to keep those mossies away.
