If you thought you missed your chance to see Sam Smith on their GLORIA tour, there’s good news in store: Frontier Touring has announced the release of additional tickets.
The additional tickets include both reserve seats and general admission for all of Sam Smith’s GLORIA tour shows and include previously sold-out dates, giving fans another shot at witnessing Sam Smith live.
The GLORIA tour, a 7-date arena tour, begins next Saturday, 28th October, starting at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. From there, the superstar will head to Melbourne for two performances at the Rod Laver Arena, Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena for two nights, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, before concluding with the grand finale at Auckland’s Spark Arena.
Celebrating the major success of the ARIA #1 Album Gloria, the GLORIA tour promises a blend of new anthems and timeless classics.
Sam has been making waves internationally, garnering rave reviews for their recent performances. With a bunch of collaborations and hit tracks like ‘VULGAR’ with Madonna, ‘Desire’ with Calvin Harris, and ‘In The City’ with Charli XCX releasing on 19th October, Sam’s presence in the music world remains indomitable.
Fans were treated to a sneak peek of what’s to come on the tour when Sam performed a ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ for France’s NPR Music. The intimate 20-minute set, backed by an 11-person choir and two instrumentalists, showcased some of the classic Sam Smith tracks that have touched many hearts.
Their latest 13-track album, Gloria, captures Sam’s distinct style and musical evolution. The album includes the colossal hit ‘Unholy’, which boasts over 1.3 billion streams on Spotify. Other tracks like ‘Gimme’, ‘I’m Not Here To Make Friends’, and ‘Love Me More’ further solidify Sam’s range as a musician and extensive catalogue of hits.
And just when you didn’t think it could get any better, Sam will be joined by a very special guest at all the shows: phenomenal Sydney-born singer-songwriter Meg Mac.
With her debut 2017 album Low Blows reaching an impressive #2 on the ARIA Albums chart and her third studio album Matter Of Time clinching the top spot, with her catalogue of hits Meg Mac will no doubt deliver an unforgettable performance.
