Mosaic Hotel hosting indulgent five course degustation & Jim Barry wine pairing

The ultimate wine-lovers degustation is set to be held at the Mosaic Hotel, which last year saw a $4 million transformation.

The Mosaic Hotel, in Adelaide’s West, is hosting a Jim Barry Wines degustation with matching wines this month to celebrate all things South Australian.

The ultimate event will take place on Thursday 19 August at the Mosaic Hotel, which only opened late last year following its $4 million transformation of the former Checkside Tavern at Football Park in the heart of West Lakes.

The gastronomic evening experience will see Chef Amanda Gutte from the Mosaic Hotel’s carefully curated selection of food served up to match the bwautiful Clare Valley wines.

The dinner, served over five courses, will celebrate South Australian produce entirely sourced from Clare and the Barossa hand crafted to pair with Jim Barry Wines.

First course
Chicken liver pate, house made sourdough, relish

Jim Barry was founded in 1959 by the late Jim Barry and his wife Nancy seeing Jim a pioneer of the Australian Wine Industry, graduating as Australia’s 17th qualified winemaker from Roseworthy Agriculture College and becoming the first qualified winemaker in Clare.
