The Mosaic Hotel is no stranger to hosting incredible events, as they have been recognised in the prestigious AHA Awards for Excellence, having been announced as a finalist in four categories. This evening will be no exception.
Mosaic Hotel will be hosting a 5 course degustation dinner, showcasing SA produce with 5 matching premium wines from Chaffey Bros.
The degustation will include a variety of flavour combinations throughout the 5 courses.
The first course is the coffin bay oyster with the sparkling riesling. The second course will include the Eden Valley Riesling which will be paired with marinated chicken, rice noodles, sweet basil, mint, pickled carrot, cucumber, rice paper rolland a vinegar chilli dipping sauce. It will then be followed by a delicious dry Rose accompanied by a confit duck rillette, drunken figs and garlic croutons. And that’s just three of the courses, so you can see the word decadent isn’t hyperbolic.
The four wine makers are coming to the dinner so everyone can get an opportunity to sit and talk to them throughout the night.
This is the Mosaic Hotel’s only wine degustation left for the year, so do yourself the favour and not wait another year.
