Cementing an insatiable appetite for fine cheese across all major cities, Mould is excited to come back bigger, more matured, and smellier than ever in 2024.
And for the very first time, Adelaide will be one of the host cities for this festival. Presented by Revel, the same team behind the renowned Pinot Palooza, Mould is the place to be this June 7th and 8th for cheese enthusiasts and wine lovers.
It’s where you’ll get to meet a passionate community of like-minded makers, growers, farmers and families who happen to make the best cheese in Australia. Mould will showcase over 50 cheese varieties, spanning from hard to soft, textured to earthy, stinky to mild, with raw milk varieties and everything in between.
In an epic double header, Mould – Australia’s biggest cheese festival – is joining forces with Pinot Palooza, Australia’s biggest Pinot Noir party, to create a celebration of epic proportions. Pinot Palooza is all about the fun side of wine and our line-up of Pinot producers are the best from Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
Pinot Noir is smooth and elegant with great acidity, which allows it to pair with many dishes.
From classic favourites to exotic discoveries, there will be dairy delights to suit every palate. Meanwhile, Pinot Palooza will bring its funky flavours.
Between sampling the exquisite cheeses and sipping on Pinot Noir, festivalgoers can indulge in a range of local hero drinks, including beer, cocktails, and other delightful beverages available at the various bars throughout the Queens Theatre venue.
Both event brands, presented by Revel, are set to plate up over one million cheese samples and showcase an array of incredible Pinot Noir varieties.
Since its inception in 2017, Mould Cheese Festival has been delivering brilliant tasting experiences across Australia, celebrating and championing homegrown cheeses in all their textures, flavours, and varieties.
Now, with its Adelaide debut on the horizon, Mould is gearing up to make its mark on the city’s foodie scene.
