The quaint, charming cottage that houses the spa used to form part of Mount Lofty House’s on-site accommodation and originally was the home of the Gate Keeper that would live and work at Mount Lofty House, before the property became the iconic boutique hotel that it is today.
Opening in November last year, the spa is made up of three treatment rooms including two couples rooms, and adds to the decadent luxury available to guests when booking a stay at Mount Lofty House. Inspiration for the spa’s decor was taken from the palette of the botanic grounds that Mount Lofty calls home. With a theme of wellness throughout the spa, guests will feel immersed in nature thanks to the exquisite garden views from the recovery lounge that are just as heavenly as the treatments.

The Signature Spa Ritual promises 120 minutes of pure relaxation, using a combination of the best products from the Adelaide Hills and world-class techniques to create a rejuvenating, intensive journey of indulgence.
Including a full body nourishing treatment with native lime caviar, a body polish, warm citrus cream hair mask and scalp treatment as well as a relaxing facial tailored to your individual skin needs, the Signature Spa Ritual treatment is served with a signature warming herbal tea, offering botanical indulgence from head to toe.
Another luxurious 120 minute of total escape is the Piccadilly treatment, which promises guests a full body and scalp massage using a luxury botanical oil and a seasonal spa facial that leaves you with a radiant glow.
