Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Mugen House have come out with a delicious new menu upgrade — with something crazy like 15 new options.
The new menu has been created by their experienced head chef who boasts over 29 years in the kitchen and jumps from their Glenelg restaurant to their CBD restaurant.
With more choices for vegetarian and gluten free patrons, the new additions have us salivating.
Say hello to Japanese lotus roots, kimchi, and for the vegetarians, tempura pumpkin nigiri and tempura vegetable nigiri are now on offer.
They’re also sourcing produce from Tasmania soo if you’re ordering the salmon sashimi or the boiled prawns, you know you’re getting super fresh produce.
We have a feeling that the new go-to snack that doubles up as dinner is the crispy salmon skin.
For ramen lovers, the Ramen Yaki soba curry is now available for lunch and dinner.
There’s a new Aburi spicy salmon and a spicy tuna roll for the brave, plus a crispy chicken roll for the bold. Vegetable dumplings and sautéed spinach and mixed mushrooms round off the new menu.
Finish off with a green tea cheese cake or the Yaki Daifuku, a deep fried rice cake. Yum.
The real point of difference with Mugen House, is that it’s a-la-carte. You choose your food from a menu, and the dishes are freshly made to order. There’s even table service, so say goodbye to buffet lines.
