Mulled Wine, New Cocktails & Smooth Jazz At BRKLYN’s Winter Menu Launch Tonight

BRKLYN are launching their new winter cocktail menu tonight in a winter warmer party worthy of New York’s favourite borough.

Who knew you could experience a winter warmer party straight out of New York’s Williamsburg in Adelaide’s CBD? Adelaide’s favourite Brooklyn-inspired speakeasy bar, the aptly-named BRKLYN, are launching their new winter cocktail menu tonight, and it’s revving up to be a great night.

Keep warm by downing pints upon pints of their mulled wine and mulled cider (available all weekend), while you warm up your soul jiving to the smooth sounds of New York-style local quartet, NYC Jazz. And… if you’re feeling peckish, they’ve got you sorted with their delectable American Apple Pie, think shortcut pastry, caramelised apple and malted milk topped with vanilla icecream and maple bacon.

After soft-launching their winter cocktail menu throughout this week, the frontrunning favourites of the new menu are Strawberry Sky, with Pampero golden rum, Montenegro, muddled strawberries, lime and sugar syrup; and
the interestingly-named Peach Something, with bourbon, chestnut liqueur, lemon, muddled peaches, egg white and sugar syrup.

Sounds like a night worthy of New York’s favourite borough to us. The celebrations start at 6pm, and if we know anything about BRKLYN, you’ll won’t want to miss this. Pop in for after dinner drinks, before you head for a night out on the town, or spend your entire night jiving to some jazz. Head in early, get cosy, and enjoy BRKLYN’s new winter cocktail menu.
