Footy is well and truly back!

After a long summer of hard training, the Adelaide Crows and the Port Adelaide Power begin their assault on the 2011 AFL season with the annual Pre-Season NAB Cup.

In a new-format from previous years, the Crows and the Power, along with the Melbourne Demons, will each play two 40-minute games in a triple-header on Friday night at AAMI Stadium.

The first game is between Adelaide and Melbourne starting at 7.15pm. Port Adelaide will then have their game against Melbourne at 8.20pm followed by the Crows versus the Power at 9.25pm.

If this was not enough, there’s also a range of fun activities for fans and families. Club legends will also be getting into the spirit by playing in a Crows v Port legends 9-a-side game during the break before the Crows v Port NAB Cup fixture.

And for every ticket sold, the AFL will donate $3.00 to community football clubs affected by the recent floods in Queensland.
