Over the weekend, the Glam team made the conscious decision to begin working from home in order to practice social distancing.
We’ve learnt a lot over the course of our first WFH week (primarily how codependent we are but that’s another issue in itself).
Examples of other, perhaps more useful lessons, include:
- Zoom your office mates and eat lunch together.
- Try not to eat the entire (family sized) packet of corn chips at once and when you eat them, eat them with salsa.
- Any Hans Zimmer playlist is both calming and inspirational to play out loud in your newly setup home office.
This week, we also heard about Netflix Party.
This fabulous-sounding feature is essentially a way to watch Netflix with your mates online.
Netflix Party synchronises your video playback and adds a group chat to the show you’re watching.
Essentially, it’s a way to have long distance movie nights and binge-watch TV shows even if you can’t all be in the same place.
