PARC Brasserie and Bar is set to bring a taste of European elegance to Hindmarsh Square in Adelaide’s east end, with its doors opening on Friday May 17th.
A fresh, inspired restaurant aiming to reinvent premium dining, PARC brings high quality cuisine and exceptional service together in a must-visit destination for foodies. The European-inspired menu will take patrons on a journey through the Mediterranean and other parts of the continent while the beverages focus on specialties of wine, whiskey, and gin.
PARC Restaurant & Bar Manager, Clement Demarais, says PARC will elevate Adelaide’s already sensational food scene to new heights.
“PARC is an experience for all diners as they consume and savour flavours curated by our Executive Chef, Francis Luzinier,” says Clement. “Dining at PARC is an occasion, as eating out always should be, and this elevated experience will be carried throughout.”
Mains, ranging from $38 to $54, include specialty dishes such as escargot, chateau briand, and traditional poulet basquaise. Focusing on local meats, seafood and produce, PARC is committed to authentically bringing attention to detail across its menu.
PARC’s bar extends the European flair, offering an extensive selection of local and international wines, whiskeys, and gins. This includes unique offerings from local distillers as well as rare finds from Scotland, Japan, and France. The restaurant also introduces gin and whisky flights and promotes local wines from smaller vineyards, enhancing the gastronomic exploration.
The venue itself, a collaborative effort between PACT Architects and MOVE IN Design, has been freshly renovated to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
PARC will serve both lunch and dinner seven days a week, and will feature a traditional daily Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm, announced by the ringing of the bar bell.
