Adelaide entrepreneur Elliott Brown has partnered with Mitchell Ward to bring an incredible new venture to Aberfoyle Park. If you’re familiar with the McLaren Vale’s ‘Hey Juj’ or Henley Beach’s ‘Hey Zozo’s’, get excited, as Elliott’s latest eatery ‘Hey MooMoo’s’. The latest spot is gearing up to deliver nothing but the best takeaway coffee, fresh pastries, fruit salads and cold-pressed juices to Aberfoyle Park in the ‘Park Shopping Centre’.
“The hospitality industry is going through one of its toughest times, however, in strong community areas, everyone seems to support each other,” Elliott says.
“The feeling of opening a third venue is very exciting, especially alongside Mitchell’s support and guidance.
“Hey MooMoo’s is going to be a fabulous addition to Aberfoyle Park and we look forward to seeing the support from the local community and the familiar faces that are already supporting us.
“Hey Juj and Hey Zozo’s are both looking forward to welcoming another sister to the family.”
Elliott shares that Hey MooMoo’s will be similar, but have a slightly different style to his current ventures. The new Hey MooMoo’s will be a fun, creative venue for the everyday coffee lover to grab a hot cup of coffee and a sweet treat on the way to work or the perfect place to stop by at lunchtime. The simple menu style will be easy for on-the-go parents, students and local workers.
“We are looking forward to bringing our passion and brand into The Park Shopping Centre,” Mitchell said.
“With the family-friendly Canberra Reserve Playground just a stone’s throw away, what is better than a coffee shop to satisfy the needs of all family members?
“With Elliott’s success in the hospitality industry and his drive for creating amazing tasting coffee, an opportunity to work with him, was not going to be turned down.
“We believe that a coffee shop was needed in the centre so that’s what we have delivered.”
Hey MooMoo’s is set to open Friday August 16th, and will be open from 7:30am until 1:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
