New Adelaide boutique Votre Luxe specialises in global luxury brands

Global luxury brands, not previously available in store locally, will now be accessible with the opening of Votre Luxe on King William Road this week.

Global luxury brands, not previously available in store locally, will now be accessible with the opening of Votre Luxe on King William Road this week.

Expect a carefully curated collection of new and vintage designer items from labels like Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada and
Christian Dior to name a few.

Fit with all the trimmings, the store features an invitation-only private suite for personalised showings, a doorbell to access the shop and trained
staff who are set to provide a unique service experience for their customers.

Business owner, Maggie Qu said that she knew the time was right to open the store after launching the concept online two years ago.

“The response online has been on trend with the global appetite for pre-loved designer items. It has given me the confidence to invest in
bricks and mortar,” she said.

Shopping vintage is the trend of the decade, elevated at Votre Luxe with only the highest quality pieces sourced from all over the world.

“Forbes predicted that pre-loved will overtake the conventional fashion industry by the end of this decade, growing to be one and a half times
the size of fast fashion.

“I believe there has been a massive shift culturally in the perception of vintage designer items. We have become conscious consumers, aware
of the impact this industry has on the environment, and buying pre-loved is a perfect way to support sustainability whilst staying completely on
trend,” said Maggie.

To mark the launch of the store, Maggie has commissioned celebrated artist, Emma Hack to create her first fashion mural instore.

“Emma has such a gorgeous unique style, and I wanted a local collaboration to mark the coming together of these global brands in Adelaide.I can’t wait to unveil it this week,” said Maggie.

The store also provides a platform for customers to sell their designer items on consignment, authenticated in store.

“If you have a beautiful designer item in excellent condition, you simply need to lodge an online application, which will start the authentication
process – assuming the item is right for our store,” she said.

Maggie who has worked with customs experts over the past two years, is authorised to authenticate genuine designer pieces.

“We have a rigorous identification process. If we are not 100% sure of an item’s authenticity we won’t accept it for sale,” said Maggie.

Home to handbags, shoes, watches and accessories Votre Luxe opens this week on King William Road, Hyde Park, South Australia.

“People just love these brands – new or pre-loved, what’s better than seeing one-off items up close and personal to inspire your unique fashion
style,” said Maggie.
