New App Tells You Where To BYO Wine Hassle Free!

This App will help you find a restaurant, pair the wine, and even book you the Uber there

Wine retailer Cellarmasters have launched a brand new app, BYO Finder for your smartphone, which helps you find restaurants that offer BYO wine options.

But wait there’s more, the app also helps you pair the perfect wine with whatever food you have chosen to dine on.

Available on Apple and Android, this app could be the perfect new tool for restaurant diners.

Ben Copeman-Hill is the General manager of Cellarmasters and he says “our customers love to know they can enjoy a great bottle when they dine, which is why they prefer BYO restaurants so they can bring their own.”

Ben also says that the app is the perfect way to find new restaurants in your area as well as finding new restaurants while you are traveling somewhere new.

Some of the key features of the App include, locating BYO restaurants by search or GPS and matching wine with a certain style of cuisine.

The app also allows you to book an Uber to the restaurant and add your own favourite BYO restaurants to the list (If they are not already listed).

Restaurant co-owner of Cipri Italian in Sydney’s Paddington,  Anthony Cipri, believes that the app will become instrumental for diners choosing a place on a night out.

He says, “As we offer quite a refined dining experience, many customers are surprised when they find out that we offer BYO most days.”

That’s why the BYO Finder will be great for restaurants like ours, as this helps customers find us!”

There are lots of local South Australian restaurants listed on the app including Windy Point in Belair.

BYO Finder will also give app users the ability to learn more about wine and also about matching certain wines with food.

At the moment there are over 3,200 BYO restaurants listed on the app and not only is it free to download, it is also free to list your restaurant.

The app can be found here for Apple and here for Android!
