A new autumn menu has arrived at The Hindley Bar and Grill this season and it is sensational!
Head chef Shane Piercy has brought a unique dining experience to Hindley. Having worked at places such as The Lion Hotel, Public Caffe and The Sauce Restaurant in Dulwich, he brings over 20 year’s experience with him and has created a menu to tantalise the taste buds.
Located in the new HQ complex and having opened in November 2017, The Hindley is helping to revamp hindley street! With a mix of urban and industrial style décor, this is the place to be this season.
His signature dish, whole lamb shoulder served with duck fat potato is one dish that must be had. With lamb that melts in the mouth and potatoes that are undeniably a great revamp of the roast potato, it’s worth the visit. You can be reassured that only the freshest produce makes its way onto your plate as Shane was worked closely with local suppliers to bring in the best.
The venue has a warm feel that welcomes you in and staff that are ready to make your experience a great one. With a great space for functions, a modern vibe and an amazing wall of art on the upper level, your next function will be spectacular!
