In the heart of Adelaide, a new era of nightlife is about to dawn with the opening of Station Arcade, a basement nightclub that promises to redefine the city’s after-dark scene.
Located at 52 Hindley Street, adjacent to its namesake, Station Arcade is set to open its doors on Friday, 17th November, with a nostalgic throwback club night, “Call Me Maybe,” followed by the debut of its signature Saturday night event, STATION SATURDAYS™.
Every Friday night, the club will undergo a transformation, offering a kaleidoscope of themed nights that cater to a wide array of musical tastes. From the beats of the 90’s pop to indie anthems, emo and pop-punk tributes, and a mix of hip-hop, pop, and even country hits, Station Arcade has something for every music enthusiast, curated by the local event connoisseurs, Plus One Co.
Station Arcade owner and Plus One Co. director Alex Karatassa says “we’ve been waiting patiently to find an official home for our club nights and when this space became available, we knew instantly it was the one. Being on a dance floor, surrounded by your people, all singing along to the same lyrics, is the experience we want to create every single night here”.
Saturday nights are poised to become the pinnacle of Adelaide’s party scene, with a playlist that includes the hottest pop tunes, modern R&B anthems, and a generous dose of beloved throwbacks.
Station Arcade is a place for everyone, but for those seeking an elevated experience, the club offers booth seating with table service and exclusive drink specials, providing an unparalleled VIP experience every weekend.
The club’s interior is a masterpiece of design, having been built from scratch to create a unique and immersive environment. The décor features striking neons, a festival-spec lighting setup, and a DJ stage unlike any other on Hindley Street.
The venue is versatile, with two distinct formats: a full-capacity party setup for the ultimate celebration and a more intimate boiler room style for a compact, high-energy atmosphere.
Adding to the excitement, Station Arcade will host an exclusive, invite-only launch party on Saturday, 18th November, from 7pm to 9pm.
