This week, Spirito Santo released six liqueurs into the Australian market, creating space and noise for something distinctively new.

These spirits are descendants of the ancient, made for the cool by those with pure intention and real connection.

While there is no denying the grungy modernity of the brand, the Spirito Santo secret recipes are born
from European heritage. With liqueurs inspired by ancient remedies and elixirs made by healers of the
day, monks, and witch doctors throughout Asia, Arabia, Europe and Africa.

Memorable in style and name, each liqueur has its own attitude and occasion, including Climax Limoncello, Siropo Amaro, Bomba Grappa, Radical Roza Pink Limoncello, Roman – aromatic
Bitters, and Ruby Rosso – aperitif Bitters.

Each is handmade with local, fresh ingredients, bringing Barossa relevance to European recipes.
John Retsas (JR) the founder and maker of Spirito Santo has brought together an all star team with Adelaide Design star James Brown and Adelaide Photographer Domenic Scopelliti.

Spirito Santo will be the link between the ancient and new world. John believes the brand is a nod to
the old-school Europeans who drank liquors for medicinal reasons but is firmly designed for the third
generation who enjoy life more underground.

“We have deliberately positioned Spirito Santo as a secretive, ancient, and mysterious elixir with a
grungy and modern edge. I love that there is something holy and spiritual around these spirits, and they are part of many diverse cultures,” said JR.

You won’t be forgetting Spirito Santo anytime soon with their Bizarre marketing campaigns directed by
Adelaide Photographer Domenic Scopelliti.

“Its about creating the culture behind the brand, a story. Spirito Santo is almost a cult built by European tradition”.

The first role out of the campaign happened on Rundle street on Friday night (24th Feb) which Dom
calls “The Awakening”, where nuns rang bells and screamed prayers of Spirito Santo handing out QR
codes that lead to a video showcasing the cult like culture of the brand.

Keep your eyes peeled for the Spirito Santo symbol and you might just find yourself apart of their next
awakening.
