Comida Catering Co. is preparing to launch a new cafe venture.
Named after the Spanish word for ‘food’, Comida Catering Co. offers just that: mouthwatering, passionately created food. And plenty of it.
Comida is run by husband and wife duo Brad and Fiona Sappenberghs who, with their shared love of Spanish cuisine and Brad’s 20+ years of experience as a qualified chef, have brought the taste of Spain to our Adelaide streets.
The pair first launched their catering company back in 2012, soon followed by the opening of their Adelaide Market based cafe where regular paella cook ups saw their stall skyrocket in patron popularity.
After hanging up their hats at the central market and moving operations to Roxie’s garden bar earlier this year, Comida Catering Co. is now gearing up for an exciting endeavour in the Adelaide Hills.
The new Comida branch is aiming to officially open its doors in early January.
