Like all great ideas, Creamistry Cafe and Dessert Bar was envisioned by four friends over a glass of wine.
Now a reality, Creamistry recently opened on Henley Beach Road and is serving up a variety of brunch items, and dessert with a twist.
The twist: liquid nitrogen ice-cream, freshly made at the table.
According to the Creamistry team, the liquid nitrogen ice-cream is smooth, fresh, and can be made vegan.
Current flavours on offer include ferrero rocher, apple pie, mango, berry, avocado, cherry, and coconut, with more options set to make the menu as we ease into Summer.
The all-day dining menu includes a variety of dishes, such as a Superfood Granola with vanilla or pot set yoghurt, granola, chia seeds, fresh fruits and berries, and a H&C French Toast Sandwich with ham and cheese, savoury French toast, cherry tomatoes, rocket, kimchi, and honey wasabi mayo.
Creamistry Cafe and Dessert Bar is open for the eating, and with its instagrammable ice-creams and equally aesthetic brunch dishes, the team may just be onto something.
