New Era Vineyards Bushfire Relief Sale To Take Place This Weekend

The vineyard, sheds and equipment were all lost in the fires, as well as over 1000 cases of bottled stock and a personal wine collection.

New Era Vineyards was one of the many Adelaide Hills wineries that lost so much in the bushfires that have devastated the hills in recent weeks.

As much as a third of the Hills region’s vineyard production has been destroyed in these fires, and they are not yet under control.

As such, Big Shed Brewing Concern, Franklin Wine Merchants, and New Era Vineyards are hosting a relief sale with the hope of recovering some of the loss New Era Vineyards has suffered.

Their vineyard, sheds and equipment were all lost in the fires, as well as over 1000 cases of bottled stock and a personal wine collection.

One of the best ways to show support of Adelaide Hills merchants at this time is to simply buy some of the products on offer. While New Era lost much of their stock, they are keen for the opportunity to share and sell what is left of their work over the years.

The event, which includes the opportunity to taste and buy some of their award-winning wines, will be held at Big Shed Brewing Concern at 1154 Old Port Road, Royal Park on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend from 12 – 7.

Check out their Facebook page for continuing updates.
