Hold on to your berets because we’ve got some trés bien news for you. The Adelaide Central Market welcomed its newest stall today! The french charcuterie Les Deux Coqs opened to a huge number of visitors curious of their cultural treats.

The stall has an adjoining cosy kitchen (that can be seen from open french style windows) which is where the magic happens. As far as food goes, you can expect a heap of pastries, quiche, vol-au-vent, sandwiches, baguettes and french soups! Perfect as winter warmers.

What’s really exciting is the other side of the stall which sells French charcuterie classics such as boudin – spiced sausages, meat mousse, Jambon de Bayonne (thinly cut cured ham, yes PLEASE) and a variety of French and Aussie wines that are available by the glass.

We knew we couldn’t miss their opening and we’ve go the all the pictures for your consideration.

The stall can be found inside the Adelaide Central Market, near the Grote St entrance. French food lovers should definitely pop in for a bite.
