Signature Wines has teamed up with Pan and Vine to launch an exciting new restaurant and cocktail bar in Kent Town. The venue features an extensive tapas menu of piping hot pizza and fresh local wines to enjoy as the Fringe season kicks off.
Named KHOU, after the surname of Signature wines founders Dan and Rebecca Khouzam, the gorgeous destination is tucked away amongst giant leafy trees of Kent Town, just a stone’s throw from the Garden of Unearthly Delights, Gluttony, and the general Fringe madness.
After opening their doors in 2022, the KHOU team have been perfecting their offering, and have now launched a brand new menu in conjunction with Pan and Vine, perfect for this year’s Fringe season

Dan and Rebecca Khouzam are no strangers to the food and wine industry, KHOU emanates the pair’s love for all things local whether that be food or wine, always striving to make that next step.
“Our partnership with Pan and Vine has worked really well since we opened, they are like-minded guys who just happen to produce what we would say is arguably the best pizza in Adelaide,” said co-owner Bec Khouzam.

“Patrons order through KHOU and P+V get piping hot pizza straight to their table, it’s as if we have an extension of our own kitchen and they have a larger restaurant as a result,” she continued.
“Their menu compliments our KHOU offering perfectly and with the addition of pizzas we have something for everyone, their GF pizzas are also delicious,”.
The stunning location highlights the simple elegance of KHOU, their contemporary furnishing pairs perfectly with their elegant food and drink menu. Enjoy delicious meals like freshly shaved Capocollo and pesto toast with honey drizzle or Egyptian Dukkah with local oil and bread.

Their extensive beverage menu is truly mouth-watering, with wine options from the Barossa all the way to France, so you can look forward to indulging in a glass of bubbles or sipping on stunning reds. If you’re not a wine person, KHOU offers a wide range of cocktails from Martinis to a KHOU-Prioksa (Strawberry Caprioska).
This new location is designed to serve all Fringe goers, whether that be those heading along to watch, or the artists. Everyone is encouraged to come along for a bite to eat from their extensive menu, or to enjoy something from their exceptional beverage list.

“This new location of KHOU and P+V is such an incredible place, it’s vibes are incredibly relaxing but it also feels otherwordly like you aren’t in Adelaide at all, rather New York or London,”
Take a seat in their stunning modern venue and enjoy Pan + Vine woodfire pizza or graze on a cheeseboard with all of your friends. Sip on their delicious wines as they dazzle your tastebuds or order up any cocktail you desire, there delicious house-made negroni being a favourite.
“We’ve had an amazing response since the Fringe opened, so many people came out for a pre-show drink or a post-show meal, the turnout was insane and we’re so grateful to everyone for coming out.”
