Bracegirdles House of Fine Chocolate have taken out all three trophies on offer at this years 2010 Royal Adelaide Show – Chocolate Section. Having beaten tough competitors from all over South Australia and other states who have been making chocolate for a number of years, winning the awards is a particularly sweet victory.
Their awards are:
Champion Chocolate, The John Rothwell Trophy
Most successful Chocolate exhibit, The Muratti Cakes and Gateaux Trophy
Best Product from an Emerging Chocolate Manufacturer, The Sandy’s Fine Food Prize
In achieving these trophies Bracegirdles House of Fine Chocolate was awarded 15 Gold Medals (3 Top Gold) and 16 Silver Medals.
Bracegirdles Chocolatiers Sarah and Meg have followed on from their successes at 2009 Royal Adelaide Show and worked tirelessly over the past 12 months to develop and expand their chocolate range. They have incorporated new and exciting colours, shapes and flavours to their hand made individual chocolates and truffles. They have also introduced an innovative new Gourmet Bar range.
