The SNOB food truck has officially opened its own brick and mortar kitchen in partnership with Six Twelve Brewing on Tolley Road.
Owner Daniel Hansen, who’s been a professional chef for over 15 years in some of the best kitchens across Australia and overseas, started SNOB catering with his wife Stephanie. What began as a food truck as a hobby on weekends soon evolved into a thriving full-time business.
Catering to private events, parties, corporate catering, weddings, the food truck offered a wide variety of cuisine including burgers, bowls, salads, seafoods, and more.
Daniel’s experience in top class kitchens gave him the motivation to supply restaurant quality food from his food truck. It was designed to break to stereotype of ‘food truck’ meals, offering an experience a cut above the rest – hence the name SNOB.
With its success and growing popularity, it’s no surprise that SNOB decided to expand. When SNOB took its truck to the Six Twelve Brewing tap room on Tolley Road, something clicked, and both companies knew they needed to work together permanently.
It was from that spark of inspiration that led SNOB and Six Twelve Brewing to join forces. Last weekend, SNOB officially opened a permanent kitchen at Six Twelve Brewing’s tap room.
Staying true to its roots, SNOB has created a new menu with the same love and care as it always has. There’s the classics including pizzas, pastas and an assortment of nibbles (perfect for people wanting to enjoy a few beers).
But also, the new upscale dishes with beer and spirits used as ingredients, all supplied by their new business partners. And with plans to make the menu seasonal you will always have something new to look forward to on your next visit.
As Six Twelve Brewing enter into the final stages of building a second warehouse next door to their location, bringing in more dining patrons and an enormous function space for the kitchen to serve, SNOB is on the rise… up the delicious ladder.
With an Uber eats partnership, more surprises and fantastic events on the horizon, SNOB is one to watch.
