Australia’s leading youth mental health foundation, headspace, has opened their thirteenth South Australian centre in Marion.

Covering both regional and residential SA, headspace aims to aid young people aged 12 – 25 with mental health, physical health, and managing work and study in what has proven to be a vital resource for Australian youth.

The new Marion location is host to a number of great connections and resources including several free sessions (details yet to be announced) to kick off their brand-new location in Adelaide’s inner south.

Acting as a free and confidential service, headspace Marion is a safe zone in an inclusive environment, even inviting family and friends of those attending to come along to act as support figures.

The brand-new centre, much like its sister centres, offers a range of services to youth aged 12 – 25 including:

  • Mental health services with counsellors
  • Alcohol and drug services
  • Work and study services to assist in sustaining or sourcing opportunities
  • Youth programs

Opening its doors with welcome arms on 31 March 2021, headspace Marion is proud to offer support to young people who might be doing it tough.
