This October, there’s a new night market rolling into town, bringing great food and even better vibes all for a good cause. So ditch your dinner plans, because this will be the place to be.
The MTWB or Make The World Better Night Market is hoping to bring people together this spring in a celebration of culture, community, and unity. MTWB believes that multiculturalism isn’t something that divides us, but instead, it’s what makes us stronger. When people from different backgrounds come together, share their stories and share a meal side by side, they build something far more powerful than just a market.

At the market, there will be all things food, music, art, and atmosphere. The night will feature a lineup of street food from across the globe, with every dish priced under $15 to keep things affordable for everyone.
These include cusines from all over the world, and even a few names you might recognise. Husik Dessert House will bring their signature sweets and Munch on The Street by Munch Deli will bring an adventurous take on their menu.
Joining the lineup is Ezra Filipino Eatery, Ha Noi Cuisine, Smatra Curry House, Saimai’s Thai Treats, Fedby_rose, TaCHs Stroopwafels, Purely Pressed, Carlitos Paella, Macaw Energy Food, Busan Oppa Adelaide, 5K Burgers, Hello Indo, Ishtar Middle Eastern Food, and 西门撸串 Simon Taste, plus a few surprises.
By having every dish under $15, the team hope it gives attendees a chance to try a bit of everything. They’ve also curated the lineup to showcase a few up-and-coming venues and businesses, hoping to give them a platform and put them on your radar.
In addition to all the food stalls, there will be a dress-up corner for the whole family, Halloween-themed touches, and an interactive fingerprint art wall where everyone can leave their mark – literally. Plus, there will be a fun Labubu giveaway, giving you a chance to win one of these viral sensations.

The MTWB team knows that ideas like ‘cultural exchange’ or ‘world peace’ may sound a little outdated or idealistic. But through this event, they’re hoping to give those ideas a modern twist, while turning them into something stylish, social, and totally fun. “We want to repackage them as something fashionable, attractive, and fun. That’s why MTWB isn’t just a market — it’s an experience,” shared the MTWB team.
“More than just a one-off event, MTWB is about creating lasting impact. Our hope is to make this a regular, long-term experience for Adelaide — one that not only brings people joy, but also helps small businesses thrive and reminds everyone of the power of unity.”
While the market might feel like a single night of food and fun, the message behind it runs much deeper. “While this is only a small beginning, MTWB is built on the belief that every big change starts with small steps. Doing something doesn’t guarantee success — but not doing anything guarantees failure. Where you come from doesn’t define you; who you are does.”
The Make The World Better Night Market will be held on October 25th and 26th at The Market Shed on Holland.
